1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AdPilot, a web-based platform for managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

AdPilot is operated by Socials Century s.r.o., IČO 21189927, registered in the Czech Republic.

2. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use AdPilot.
  • One person or company may maintain multiple accounts only if each serves a different business purpose.

3. Service Description

AdPilot provides:

  • A dashboard to monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • AI-powered features including campaign evaluation, ad copy generation, budget recommendations, and optimization suggestions.
  • Team collaboration features for agencies.
  • Reporting and alert functionality.

Features may change over time. We will notify you of significant changes that affect your usage.

4. Ad Platform Access

By connecting your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts, you authorize AdPilot to access your campaign data via OAuth. AdPilot operates within the permissions you grant. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly in your Google/Meta account.

AdPilot is not responsible for changes made to your ad campaigns through AI-generated suggestions that you choose to apply. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before they are applied.

5. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-powered features (campaign evaluation, ad copy, budget recommendations) are provided as suggestions only. They are generated by third-party AI models and may not always be accurate or optimal for your specific situation.

  • Always review AI suggestions before applying them.
  • AdPilot does not guarantee specific campaign performance results.
  • AI features are subject to availability and may have usage limits based on your plan.

6. Plans and Billing

  • AdPilot offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans with higher limits.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use AdPilot for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
  • Exceed the usage limits of your plan through automated means.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost ad spend, lost revenue, or campaign performance changes.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Prague, Czech Republic.
